Hello! My name is Kay, and I’m the Client Care Coordinator at Deepwater Counseling. If you give us a call, I'll be the one who answers! I handle all of the scheduling here at Deepwater, manage the front desk, and answer all incoming phone calls and emails. My goal is to help everyone who contacts Deepwater feel at ease and to provide a supportive, comforting presence throughout the intake process.
When I am not working, I love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, thrift shopping around Ann Arbor, collecting fashion dolls, and catching up on my favorite TV shows.
Hello! My name is Jen Blough. I am a licensed professional counselor and the owner of Deepwater Counseling, which opened in 2015. Since I have a background in, and a passion for animal welfare, I also work with animal welfare organizations by providing resources to help their staff members manage compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. In my spare time I enjoy weight training, music, taking care of my rescue animals, and jet skiing.
Hello my name is Kristin, and I am the biller for Deepwater Counseling. I manage the behind-the-scenes insurance claims part of Deepwater so that our counselors can focus on what's most important! I am a Michigan State graduate, and I love what I do! When I'm not working, I enjoy being with my husband and 3 children and being involved in my church community. I am a coffee addict and also love reading as well as trying to stay fit (I love listening to health podcasts while I work!). I am happy to be part of the Deepwater team and their mission to be a harbor for those who are hurting the most.
